There are a number of ways I can support you to increase wellness in your family.

Initial Consult – A short conversation to determine the fit between me, my style/specialties, and what you are looking for from counseling. If we seem to fit, we’ll begin the process. If we do not, I will discuss with you who or what approach might be.

Individual Therapy – Typically weekly sessions aimed at assessment and treatment of the issues you have identified that are important to work on. These may be significantly impacting your life and your ability to function and pursue your goals, or these may be more of a fine-tuning of the way you approach life so you can perform at a higher level (See Coaching).

Family Therapy – Typically weekly sessions with multiple members of the family (determined in consultation), or one at a time until ready to engage together. With the family system, we’ll determine the ‘problem’ that is in the way of a good relationship and create the process to resolve it.

Consultation – A one-time meeting to discuss a situation you want to understand better and just need some support and another perspective to decide how to approach it. It sometimes is followed up by regular therapy sessions or some other form of support.
